As social beings individuals are always challenged to be included in environments in which they learn, live, and work in order to produce high level results. However many individuals are forced to feel exclusion within these same settings, and organizations are left with low moral and member disengagement which limits the ability to produce optimal results. In this session we will review traditional ways to create an inclusive environment, develop processes to insure that all individuals are recognized, and participate in inclusion activities that allow for groups to work better together and learn from one another.

Since it’s true that all people are created equaly different, then maybe we should focus on how to include individuals for their uniqueness.
